It's a common misconception that if you want to lose weight that you have to eat less often. Do not be fooled by fads or unrealistic promises that will only lead to you dieting yourself bigger. Follow the guidelines in the IsoWhey Weight Management Program Information Booklet and eat five times per day. Main meals should include protein as should snacks. Eating more regularly in controlled portion sizes helps to speed up your metabolism and if you eat the right foods this helps you tone up and lose weight.
